How We Work at Classified Footwear

At Classified Footwear, we approach every pair with intention.

We are not a quick repair service. Our focus is on considered work, whether it is restoration, structural repair, or custom projects. Each pair is assessed individually based on its condition, materials, and what is realistically achievable.

Not all shoes can be restored to original condition. Some materials age, weaken, or react unpredictably during the repair process. When there are risks involved, we will highlight them before proceeding. Moving forward with the job means these risks are understood and accepted.

Pricing is based on the actual condition of the pair and the work required. We do not provide blanket pricing. All jobs require full payment before work begins. This allows us to commit fully to the process without interruption.

Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and workload. We prioritise quality over speed. Some pairs require more time and attention, and we do not rush work at the expense of outcome.

For enquiries, we strongly encourage physical visits. This allows for proper assessment and clear communication. If you are reaching out online, please ensure you have done the necessary due diligence. Clear photos and a detailed description are essential for us to provide accurate guidance.

Custom work is collaborative but guided by our craft. Outcomes may vary slightly from initial references due to the handmade nature of the process.

We share this so expectations are clear from the start. When both sides understand the process, the results are always better.

If you are ready, bring your pair down or reach out with the necessary details.

Classified Footwear reserves the right to refuse service to any item or client that does not align with our standards, capacity, or working conditions.

This includes items with excessive damage, unrealistic expectations, or behaviour that disrupts operations.
